Mark is a graduate of Gannon College in 1979 with a BA in History, Mark has worked for Hammermill Paper Company, Erie Insurance, Presque Isle Insurance, and General Electric in the field of Information Technology. He is currently Interim Director of the Hagen History Center.Topic:

Erie native Ken Ahrens and the Malmedy Massacre
<p>His topic is Ken Ahrens; native of Erie survived the Malmedy Massacre during WW2’s Battle of the Bulge. The lecture will describe events leading up to the Battle, the Massacre, Ahrens survival and post war testimony during war crimes trial.</p>
