"Millcreek Government Study"

Out of all 1,456 Pennsylvania second-class townships, Millcreek has the second largest population. Of the 25 most populous of these townships, only Millcreek does not employ a professional manager and has elected Supervisors who are paid township employees. As the only large-size township in Pennsylvania with paid supervisors but no professional township manager, it's time to evaluate our governance structure. We believe in the power of informed decisions and community involvement. Our initiative aims to investigate, research, and compare our current structure with others to ensure we are leading efficiently, transparently, and effectively. RJ will elaborate on the study in his presentation
